Angel Rio Leather Martingale Collars are the best Martingale collars available, in my opinion, if the sizing is correct. I ordered a 12” inch black collar but received a 14” one which is way too big for my dog. I am going to keep the collar but I still need a 12” black one and would like to get it from you if you have one available. Could you please let me know.
